Definition: Instructional design is the analysis of learning needs and systematic development of resources to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, skills and attitude to the recipient or acquirer of the instruction.

- Enhance - ensuring the materials incorporate agreed technologies to enhance accessibility and the achievement of quality educational outcomes
